Returns

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchases.

All items are inspected thoroughly before a return is processed.

Please Note, Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

If you agree to the above terms, please feel free to return the clothes to us.

We will send you a new piece after we check it upon receipt, will be 3-5 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is a defect or order error.

Returned items must be sent with tracking otherwise your refund cannot be processed in the instance of a missing returned parcel.
